Today Konstantin Pisarenko, CEO of THE Capital real estate agency, walking through the vast and picturesque territory of the residential complex "Novopecherskie Lipki” spoke about the stages of construction, and also conducted a short tour of the complex’s favorite gastronomic establishments.

First we came to the sixth line. Here, among the noise and din of active construction, beautiful houses rise. They are almost ready - most of them are even glazed. For glazing, by the way, two-chamber metal-plastic windows consisting of three double-glazed windows were used. They are more durable and look stylish. Due to the large number of panoramic windows, the complex acquires lightness and the houses do not “press” on each other.

Walking between the buildings, one can see in detail how the monolithic-frame system and red refractory bricks that fill the walls look like at individual objects. On one of the houses, the facade is clearly visible - it is ventilated. Thanks to this technology, it can "breathe", which means that the appearance of dampness is excluded. This is a very expensive and high-quality technology.

All houses of the sixth phase will be completed and commissioned within a year. And very soon various green spaces will bloom here, a picturesque waterfall and many playgrounds will appear, from where the sonorous laughter of a carefree and happy childhood will sound.

Then we go to the seventh stage - construction has just begun here. The foundations in the complex are built according to the drilling-injection system: reinforced concrete poured piles are dug into the ground, after which the ground floor slab is poured. There will be parking here. From here begins the construction of the house itself. “The first floor has already been built, it will be commercial,” Konstantin says, “this can be understood by the height of the ceiling, in commercial premises it is 4 meters, in residential premises it is 3 meters.” Nearby, we see how workers are pouring concrete on the second floor slab - it is important to do this in one day so that everything dries evenly.

“The big advantage of monolithic-frame construction is that the house is one integral structure that can withstand high seismic activity - earthquakes up to 7 points are not afraid of these houses at all,” notes Konstantin Pisarenko.

Each turn consists of three or four houses. Each of them has from 600 to 800 apartments. After the completion of the construction of the seventh stage, there will be an exit to the Zheleznodorozhnoye Highway - thus, the complex will have four exits, which will unload the morning and evening traffic.

Gastronomic excursion

Residential complex Novopecherskie Lipki proud of its infrastructure. There are many places to work, as well as to relax and meet with friends. The first place that Konstantin Pisarenko wanted to talk about is the Gosti restaurant, be sure to try the delicious bograch prepared there. At the Masha Cake restaurant, Konstantin recommends tasting borscht with bacon and onions - a real delicacy. At the Pasternak restaurant, order different tartars and salmon dishes if you like fish. And one of the most delicious restaurants that all seafood lovers adore is Fujiwara Yoshi. The freshest crabs and sushi will conquer you from the first try. “I really like their tuna. They bring a whole carcass of tuna into the hall and butcher right in front of you, ”notes Konstantin.

Necessary infrastructure

Especially for the residents of the complex, there is an exclusive branch of "Nova Poshta" and a VIP branch of "PrivatBank", "Oshchadbank" on the territory. Therefore, you do not have to stand in line or go anywhere in order to conduct monetary transactions or, for example, issue a card. In order for all residents to be healthy, there are six clinics on the territory: German Dentistry, Dobrobut, Dr. Edgar Kaminskyi, ReFuture Clinic, Dentera, Verde Medical Clinic.

What is missing on the territory of the residential complex "Novopecherskie Lipki"

Novopecherskie Lipki remains the best business class complex not only in Kyiv, but throughout Ukraine. But despite this, Konstantin Pisarenko still has a few comments that could make the residential complex even better and more convenient for every resident: “There are really not enough car washes on site so that you can always keep your car clean,” he says, “and I also I think that playgrounds could be updated faster. In addition, I would like the large pool to be heated so that you can swim all year round. And in winter, I would add a skating rink here - I think this idea will especially appeal to everyone who has small children. For teenagers 13-16 years old, it would be great to build several areas for skating, because the territory here is large and allows it.”
